Terms of Service

These terms govern all car rental agreements between INVASOR CAR RENTAL LLC ("INVASOR", "we") and the renter ("you"). By booking a vehicle you accept these terms in full.

1. Eligibility

Minimum age 21. Renter must hold a valid UAE, GCC, or International Driving Permit, plus a passport or Emirates ID.

2. Booking & payment

Rental fees are quoted in AED. Full rental amount plus a refundable security deposit is due at handover. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and cash. Deposits are returned within 14 days of vehicle return, minus any deductions for fines, damage, or fuel.

3. Delivery & return

Delivery is included within Dubai. Delivery to other emirates may carry an additional fee. Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location, with the same fuel level as at handover. Late returns are charged pro-rata plus a AED 100 handling fee.

4. Use of the vehicle

The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or an authorised additional driver named on the contract. Off-road use, racing, track use, sub-leasing, or use for transport-for-hire is prohibited. The vehicle may not leave the UAE without written consent.

5. Insurance & liability

All vehicles are fully comprehensively insured. The renter is liable for the insurance excess in the event of an accident, and for the full value of any damage caused by negligence, off-road use, or breach of these terms. Traffic fines, Salik charges, and parking violations incurred during the rental are the renter's responsibility.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations more than 48 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit one day's rental fee.

7. Disclaimer

INVASOR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, appointments, or events. Vehicle specifications and availability may change without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
