INVASOR CAR RENTAL LLC ("INVASOR", "we", "our") operates the website invasor-car.com and provides car rental services in the United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

1. Data we collect

To process a rental we collect: full name, contact number, email, driving licence, passport or Emirates ID, delivery address, payment details, and rental dates. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email we retain those messages for service and record-keeping.

2. How we use it

Solely to fulfil bookings, comply with RTA / traffic authority requirements, handle insurance claims, invoice you, and respond to your enquiries. We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only where necessary with: insurance providers, RTA and traffic authorities for fines/salik, payment processors, and legal counsel when required by UAE law.

4. Retention

Rental records are retained for the period required by UAE tax and commercial law (typically 5 years) and then deleted.
